DELIVERY

Delivery is provided by UPS. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. 

Delivery to the following European countries, is free: -

  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Croatia
  • Czechia
  • Denmark
  • France
  • Germany
  • Hungary
  • Italy
  • Luxembourg
  • Netherlands
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Romania
  • Slovenia
  • Spain

Any other costs for delivery will be specified at checkout.

Your order will usually be delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, although these times can differ.

All orders can be tracked via the UPS tracking site.

All goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your goods, or there is a delay in your delivery, we will inform you as soon as it is practicable and advise you of the revised expected delivery date.


 

REFUND AND RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 
Returns 
  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Refunds 
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 
Shipping 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Faulty Items

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please email or call our customer services helpline at helpdesk@saloneurope.com or on +44 (0)203 393 9072.

  • We may ask you to take a photograph of the fault if applicable.
  • If we ask you to return the item to our Head Office for inspection, please allow up to 21 days for us to complete this process and respond back to you.
  • Be assured that we will resolve matters efficiently and satisfactorily - we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
  • Faulty items can be returned free of charge.
